Round Start Gear Limited, trading as Round Start Gear, accepts orders throughout New Zealand, plus Auckland collection by appointment. Australian delivery is considered by prior quote and is not offered as a standard checkout option.

Standard New Zealand delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is $269 or more after discounts. Orders below $269 are charged the rate shown below. Rural, oversized, express, and redelivery surcharges are excluded from the offer and may still apply where shown before order submission.
Australian delivery is not a standard checkout option. Contact us before ordering for a tracked, signed delivery quote. The customer pays the accepted quote in full, and availability depends on the destination.
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Our target is 1–2 business days after cleared payment, or 2–3 business days when you request a pre-dispatch setup check. These are targets rather than guarantees, and tracking is supplied when available.
Auckland collection is available by appointment after we send a ready-for-collection notice. Exact collection details are provided privately to the confirmed customer. Wait for that notice before travelling.
Order thresholds are calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Any applicable delivery charge or surcharge is shown before order submission. All prices on this page are in New Zealand dollars.

Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correction. For a delayed, damaged, or missing parcel, contact us with your order number and keep the packaging where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send an item to a collection address. Our voluntary return process is additional to rights under applicable consumer law.
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery or collection. The item must be complete, undamaged, unmodified, safely packaged, and in as-new resaleable condition with proof of purchase. The customer pays change-of-mind return delivery, including returns from Australia. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law or caused by our error. This voluntary policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
Contact us promptly if a product appears faulty. Reports within seven calendar days receive priority initial assessment under our pilot DOA fast-track process, not a guaranteed outcome or turnaround. That period is not a limit on Consumer Guarantees Act rights or other rights that may apply. Depending on the issue and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or another lawful solution.
