Privacy Policy

Privacy for orders, support & setup.

This policy explains how Round Start Gear Limited, trading as Round Start Gear, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the website, contact us, place an order, request support, or interact with optional analytics and marketing tools.

Last updated: 16 July 2026. Effective for customer and order processing when the updated checkout opens.

We collect only what we need

Typical data includes enquiries, order details, shipping information, support/RMA notes, and technical data needed to run the storefront.

Payments run through processors

We do not intend to store full card details on this site. Shopify and payment providers process checkout and payment data.

Marketing tools need consent review
